Hello I’m in need of help, I’ve tried all the ways and when I share my posts on Facebook, the title of the post and the description do not appear. What appears in the place is:
title of your article
description of your articleI already tried to use a previous version, I activated the beta module and other suggested things and nothing has changed.
Grateful for the attention,
Claudio Barbosa

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that one of your plugin or theme is adding the
og:titleandog:descriptionmeta tags that Facebook chooses rather than the one you have set up using Rank Math. Please refer to this screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/cRW5H4To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know if you found the culprit.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Thanks for the answer I did all the tests with the plugins and the theme and the problem remains. I’m going to go back to the old plugin.
Thank you very much for your attention.Hello,
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
We apologize if our troubleshooting method didn’t work on your end. If you prefer we can check it for you and find the culprit of this issue.
But if you have already made up your mind, we fully respect your decision to switch to other plugin.
In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you
Jeremy I prefer to use Rankmath so I came here to ask for help, if you can try to solve this problem I am very grateful because I have another blog with this same theme without an SEO plugin and this error does not happen.
Thank you,Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the Health Check plugin is not letting me enable the troubleshooting mode on your site. Could you please confirm if the troubleshooting works on your end?
Alternatively, you can create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live. This will also avoid your site getting any issues as we may need to deactivate plugins and switch themes manually to find the culprit.
Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Reinelle, yes my site is active, but two days ago I used the Health Check plug-in in troubleshooting mode and it worked normally. I will create a test site and install the rankmath and pass the link and access to you.
Hello,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Do let us know when the staging site is all set and we will be glad to check on the issue. In the meantime, you can troubleshoot this issue with some of these guides on Facebook content sharing:

Thank you.Helow Brian,
Thank you for your help.
I took a bkp from my site (december) with fewer articles I have now, and installed it on a test page in a subdomain http://teste.suaevolucaopessoal.com.br, with the same plugins I currently have on my site and with the same theme. On the test page, sharing on facebook is working normally, showing the post title and description. On the current site I have already deactivated plugin by plugin and I could not identify what causes the title and description of the post to appear when sharing my posts on Facebook, this being a great mystery to me as I have already done all the possible tests. The

Hello,
Thank you for following up, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked the staging site, and it seems that the issue is not happening there as you mentioned. However, it seems that the plugin Link Whisper Free is the only plugin that was not installed on the staging site.
Could you please try temporarily deactivate that plugin on your site and see if the issue still persists? If it’s also possible, please try switching to a default theme and see if the wrong
og:titleandog:descriptionare still showing. You can follow the steps here to check after deactivating the plugin or switching theme:

Hi Reinelle,
Once again, thank you very much for your attention!
I did both tests and nothing changed, but looking at the code I noticed that an og: title appeared for the second time just below a google tag manager code and this google tag manager code it was inserted by the Insert plugin Headers and Footers, so I went to see the plugin’s code insertion area and found these lines of code;<meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”c92ecb7ef71108f634d175cd50961be8″/>
<meta property=”og:title” content=”TÃtulo do seu artigo”/>
<meta property=”og:description” content=”Descrição do seu artigo” />
<meta property=”og:type” content=”article” />When removing this code from the area to insert headers and footers, I made a sharing and posting back to normal with the title of the post and the correct description!
I don’t remember how that code got there and for what reason. Now that I have withdrawn I will wait if an error or something similar appears that tells me what it does.
Thank you very much for the support and for the time available with me!
