Am I doing keyword stuffing? Can Rankmath alert me if I do?

The tests that Rank Math does on Focus Keywords appearance, include a test for Keyword Density. This test monitors the number of times, the keyword appears in your post/page. While there is no perfect keyword density, a keyword density of 1-1.5% is sufficient in most cases. If you overdo it and exceed a keyword density of 2.5%, you’ll get a warning about that too.

Keywords Stuffing increases the possibility of lowering your presence in the SERPs and that is the reason why you should choose your Focus Keywords wisely.

does Rankmat show error or alert me if I am stuffing keywords?

If you’re overusing the keyword, and the keyword density exceeds 2.5%, then you’ll get a warning.
