These are called featured snippets. Google’s automated systems determine whether a page would make a good featured snippet to highlight for a specific search request.
However, I can see your website is showing the featured snippets on Google search results.

Also please note that even though your rich snippets are configured correctly and do not generate any kind of errors in the structured data test tool, only Google has the authority to decide whether to display them in the search results or not.
