Hi Team,

This is to inform you that Open Graph meta tags are not working for Facebook and Twitter. On my 2 websites, installed rank math in it.

Kindly look into it and rectify it ASAP

Could you please share some affected URL/s for us to further investigate this issue why the Open Graph meta tags are not working on your site? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section.

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

Hi Team,

I tried these steps but seems like it does not help. There is something wrong with the Rank Math plugin. Posts that were published in past and shared on Facebook, Images are disappeared for that too. OMG, this is becoming really serious now. I Will wait for your response if nothing happens have to switch to Yoast SEO.

Thank you for that additional information.

I’ve checked the URLs, and it seems the image you have added is returning an error 404. Please see the screencast in the designated sensitive data section. The same happens with the other website you have provided.

Could you please ensure that the images you are using are working and follow the steps I’ve performed to check if the issue still persists?

May I know what is the reason behind this and how can I fix this?

Is it a hosting issue or what?

Because images are uploaded correctly

I would like to further investigate this over your admin settings. It could also be that there’s an issue with your .htaccess.

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
