Could you please try temporarily deactivating Rank Math and see if the titles are still added in your posts? No worries, all your Rank Math configurations are saved in your database.
You can also use the Health Check plugin and disable Rank Math during troubleshooting mode. Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
