Hello,
It looks like you are using some plugin to add the Gallery on your site. The sitemap only detects the images which are added from the WP Media/Gallery.
Please try adding WP Gallery, the Sitemap will show the count of the images.

Our developers are currently working on an API that will make it possible for our content analysis tool to be able to detect data in third party plugins. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for when this feature will ship out but I can guarantee that it will be sometime soon.
