This is quite unexpected, Rank Math plugin’s code is almost one-third of other SEO plugins and all our tests contradict your results since our plugin makes fewer requests.
I tested your website using Pingdom and WP Checkup tools and I didn’t find Rank Math creating any issues on the performance of your website.
I can suggest that you eliminate some of the non-essential plugins that you have installed and perform the tests with fewer plugins and one of the stock WP themes.
