If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Note: The SEO Analysis can be done only on domains that return a 200 status code.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.
As for your Sitemap issue, please follow these steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
