One other side of the picture

Besides my profile name On the top right corner of the WordPress dashboard, it appears a message that that emails are disabled. I use the Divi theme, and I created an email option form. As a customer, when I try to fill the form out, doesn’t allow to me entering info such as first name, last name, and email. I am not sure what is the problem. I connected to my host company and they said that no problem with the server, therefore, I try to reach out to figure out what is the problem. Please note that I tested this form from another website and I found it’s working .that means the email provider “Mailchimp ” is working well. After analyzing the problem, I think the problem occurred because of one of the plugins I added, but I not sure yet

I hope you can assist me.
Here You can find the email option form at page https://www.thestructuralexpert.com/youtube/
    Thank you

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

For the /locations.kml issue in your sitemap, could you please confirm if you are using Rank Math Pro for your website as it is included in your sitemap? Please also provide your Rank Math version to further check.

The second link you have provided is showing an error 404 on my end. Is that an existing URL and should redirect to somewhere? And have you set up any redirections to that URL?

For your concern regarding the email option form issues, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), you can check if there’s a conflict issue with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

Thank you for an amazing analysis for solving the problem. U did all the steps for disabling the plugin. when I tried to disable the woocommerce 5 plugins I have got the message as you can see below. Now the current situation is that I cant get back to continue to disable the plugins. I do not know what I should do ?

    Here is the message
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘WC_Data’ not found in /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/src/Notes/Note.php:15 Stack trace: #0 /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-php-autoloader.php(87): require() #1 [internal function]: Automattic\Jetpack\Autoloader\jpf11009ded9fc4592b6a05b61ce272b3cjetpack\PHP_Autoloader::load_class(‘Automattic\\WooC…’) #2 [internal function]: spl_autoload_call(‘Automattic\\WooC…’) #3 /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optinmonster/OMAPI/WooCommerce.php(542): class_exists(‘Automattic\\WooC…’) #4 /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): OMAPI_WooCommerce->maybe_store_note(”) #5 /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #6 /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/publi in /home/customer/www/thestructuralexpert.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-admin/src/Notes/Note.php on line

In the meantime, I have received an email from WordPress
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://www.thestructuralexpert.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.thestructuralexpert.com/wp-admin/) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigates further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.6.2
    Current theme: Divi (version 4.7.3)
    Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 5.0.0)
    PHP version 7.3.27

I deleted WOOcmmorece and Rank MATH Plugins and then restored a backup. Now the site heath is good , but search. google console shows that some pages have errors. These pages were related to cartflows. Although I deleted them, they still exist on google console. 3 days ago, the validation started, and I still waiting for the results. Do you know how can I delete these pages from the google console?

With regards to the WP Security Audit Log plugin, WordPress doesn’t allow me to upload it

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.

Since you have already deleted those pages, you’ll just need to wait for Google to recrawl your website to know that it is already not part of your site.

You can also use the Removal Tool in Google Search Console to remove those pages:
    Removal Tool

You can disregard the WP Security Audit Log plugin to be installed on your site.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance.
