I’ve checked your site and replicated this issue. Could you please try flushing your rewrite rule to determine if some of the changes brought by one of the plugin updates caused this issue? You can follow the steps in the link below:

I also wanted to add that our beta update has already a fix for enabling the “Remove Category Base” option that creates 404 Pages on some installations.
Could you please try our beta version and see if the issue still persists? You can follow the steps in this link:
