The image you are using keeps on loading on our end. In this case, please make sure you’re using a valid image for your featured image.
Moreover, you can get in touch with your web host for the 403 error message for that image as it seems you’re having mixed content issues with it (HTTP/HTTPS). You can refer to the screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
