The email I gave you is for our accounts department. The request emails there should come from the email ID registered to the account for which the request is being raised.
This is to ensure security for your account.
That’s why we can’t forward the request and you yourself will have to contact them.

i cant send wit the info only with my personal account… but i dont understand when im logged in and i click on buy why you are creating a new account?

Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
If you have used a different email address upon purchasing the PRO version, a new PRO account will be created. But if you use the same email address with your current Rank Math account, it will be automatically upgraded.
However, if you wanted to merge both your accounts, please send our accounts department an email like my colleague advised about your request to process this for you.

i sent it – i was logged in with the account i registered the account but as i paid with paypal you created a new account with the paypal address – im pretty sure it happens often that account and paypal emails are different.
