Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Unfortunately, the Rank Math Redirection module doesn’t support yet redirecting URLs with query parameters. Our dev team is working on adding this, and hopefully should be added soon. You can check our updates at this link:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/
In the meantime, you may need to use .htaccess redirects or a separate plugin that allows this.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
Oh, sad news – didn’t expected that. I think I would prefer a htaccess solution as I can’t find a plugin that fit my needs. Are you familar with htaccess?
Regarding to my example url:
http://www.entenwelt.de/?mod=704413534&show=257
only the mod value is interesting for me, not the rest. I need something like “if request contains for example 704413534, redirect to https://my-url……
Thorsten
I really hope Rankmath will support this soon :))
Hello,
As my colleague informed, Rank Math doesn’t support redirecting URLs with query parameters.
For .htaccess redirection, you can get in touch with your web host as they can help you out with this.
However, we will see if we can add this option in upcoming updates.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi,
okay, sadly it didn’t help me at all but I close this ticket. Hopefully rankmath will support that in the near future. Looking forward to it.
