If you test your page on Google’s Structured data testing tool, there shouldn’t be any errors or warnings and the information should be correct as per your settings.
If that is the case, there is nothing to worry about and it is just a waiting game until Google re-crawls your pages and sees the new content. Give it a few days.

Is Schema Markup is Premium Feature or It is free available in the Rank Math plugin?
I configured it, but sometimes I think It may be a premium feature.
