I visited your website and found that there are some links that aren’t working. It seems that you are using custom URLs in your main menu and you have enabled the Strip Category Base option from Rank Math > General Settings > Links. https://i.rankmath.com/UYcdYN
If that’s the case then either you can update the links that are not working or you can try disabling the Strip Category Base option and see if that fixes the issue?
