Could you please confirm if you’re getting this error in Rank Math’s SEO Analysis? If so, please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.
If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Also, the SEO Analysis will only work if your website returns 200 Ok status code. You can use this tool to check as well.
The error logs you have shared seem to be generated by your W3 Total Cache plugin.
