Thank you for that additional information.
I’ve checked your site, and the pages are already indexed as well in the source code. However, it seems that your sitemap is heavily cached by the W3 Total Cache plugin.
Please see the attached screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
In this case, please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#w3-total-cache
Then, remove all the sitemaps you have submitted and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml, and give Google some time to recrawl your website>
