To fix the errors showing up even though you already corrected them, let’s try to flush the SEO Analysis data by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the button “Clear SEO Analysis”.

After doing that try running the SEO Analysis tool again and see if the issues are fixed now.
Regarding the other issue, if you are using a static page as the homepage under WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading then you’ll have to edit that information directly from the page itself.

As you said, I did flush the SEO Analysis data. But now when I run the SEO Analysis tool again by clicking on Site-Wide Analysis, RankMath starts analyzing the website then after completing to 100% it shows no result.

I’ve checked your site and replicated this issue. I’ve also noticed that you’re using the PRO version of Rank Math but the account you used here is the Free version. Could you confirm if you have the Rank Math PRO account registered?
Going back to the issue, Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know if you have found the culprit.

I tried to check for conflict by using the given method but in Troubleshooting mode, I got this error (when I enable the Rank Math Plugin) :“When enabling the plugin, seo-by-rank-math-pro, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.”

Please note that the site needs to return a 200 OK Status for the SEO Analysis to work.
