We checked again here where you took the screenshot from and image is broken for us on desktop and the cause seems to be from some HTTPS issue.
The image is from Amazon and not your site that is:
https://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=oelstudybibles-20&language=en_US&l=li3&o=1&a=071808683X
The images seem to be ads associated with the ad inserter plugin you are using.
Could you check with their support on this as they are in a better position to assist.
