Hi:
Regarding an earlier ticket #151138 that got closed.
The error has started to pop up again in spite of the fact that the redirect tab is not activated.
Can you please take a look?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I tried logging into your site but the access you provided seems to be limited.
Please provide admin-level access so that we can investigate further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Sorry, have made the changes. Please check now.
Thanks,
Hello,
I checked the URL and it only seems to redirect[redirected by WordPress] to the crawled version without a slash at the end to the existing version with a slash at the end.
Please check the screenshot I added in the sensitive section.
Would you please click on the error to see if there are any details shares. If any, please share some screenshots. You can also try running a URL inspection in your GSC to make Google recrawl your URL again.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi:

Hi:
If I use the redirection option in RankMath and set the crawled version to the existing version as the destination URL, would it help solve the issue?
Thanks,
K
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
In this case, we would need the details of the issue in your GSC as right now, the version without a slash at the end is still redirecting to the existing version with a slash at the end.
Have you tried submitting the URL with the slash at the end then see if the issue still persists? We wanted to further check your website but it seems that the access you have provided is no longer working.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi:
Thank You for the response. The one with slash is indexed and is shown as green in GSC. The one without the slash is showing as error in red. So, I guess, I can then neglect it, right? The one without the slash will get dropped of the index naturally after some time?
Thanks again for all the help that you guys provide.
Regards,
Hello,
Given the URL is not submitted for indexing, it should be ignored and removed from indexing eventually.
You can also use the removals option in GSC to remove the URL from Google.
Let us know if this helps. Thank you
Hi:
Would try the removal option in GSC and see whether it’ll help with it.
Thanks again for all the prompt response and help.
Have a Good Day!
