Could you please check if you’ve enabled the redirection module in Rank Math > Dashboard? If so, please try to disable the redirection module and clear your cache.

This sometimes happens when you have products named same as the categories and if you have enabled the option to remove category base in Rank math > General Settings > WooCommerce.
To overcome this you may have to either disable the option to remove category base or change the slug of your categories/products.
