I’ve checked your site using Google’s Rich Results Test, and it seems that you’re getting that error on your homepage.
To fix this, please add a featured image to that page to have a thumbnail for your video schema.

In that case, I would recommend asking Google to crawl your URL again. Since it’s a specific URL having this issue, you can use the URL inspection tool to make Google crawl the URL again.

I have checked the source code of your page and it still has the embed URL.
It looks like you have turned on the Autodetect Video option at Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages:
Turn this option off.
If you want to use the video schema, then you would have to assign a featured image to the page or turn on Autogenerate Image option in the same menu.
