1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math Free & PRO
2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

I have tried these steps but still, the issue is not resolved yet whenever i try to activate any plugin this error show on the screen

also rank math seopro show in plugin wich is not installed but when i refresh the page rank mathseodis appear please resolve the issue i have deleted rank math but still issues is existing

I have logged in to your site and re-created the database tables.
For the warnings,
I activated Mailchimp for the Wocommerce plugin(deactivated after testing) and could not see any warnings on the screen.
Could you please check on your end if you still see the warning. Try to clear your browser cache before logging in to your site.
