Unable to edit snippets

    Hi,

    on some pages I am not able to edit snippets. So I can’t change the description.
    It’s just an idea but maybe the issue appears espacially on pages which I duplicated in wordpress.
    Today I duplicate one page, where it was working fine. Then another one and it didn’t work.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Thank you for following-up, and sorry for the delay.

    I’ve checked the page you have mentioned, but I couldn’t replicate the issue. Please see the attached screencast in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Could you please try to clear your website and browser’s cache? Please also try using a different browser and see if the issue still persists. If you are using a firewall, please disable that temporarily and see if the issue goes away.
