Google event tracking not working

Would you please confirm you are not using Google analytics v4. GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.

However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.

In the meantime, you can enable GA v3 by following this:

I checked your site with http://www.gachecker.com/ and it doesn’t appear to have the analytics code added.

Would you please head to Rank math > General Settings > Analytics and confirm you have enabled the option to add the analytics code?

If you have, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
