This error occurs when you have skipped some Rank Math updates.
Please share your WP logins along with FTP or cPanel in the sensitive data section so we can sort this for you.
Alternatively, you can delete the rank_math_version row in your wp_options table using phpMyAdmin or ask your web host to do that.

It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry. However, I’ve already fixed it, and Rank Math is already updated on your website.

If you’re still unable to login into your WordPress dashboard, please deactivate Rank Math temporarily by renaming the seo-by-rank-math folder in your website’s root directory – /wp-content/plugins/
No worries, all your configuration will not be affected by deactivating/reactivating Rank Math temporarily. They are all saved in your database so it should be fine.

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process. Lastly, rename back the folder to seo-by-rank-math and that should resolve the issue.
