This is usually a notification for a new post type detected, especially if you have installed a plugin that is creating a post type automatically. You can clear this notification by clicking on the X icon on the notification. If it is still there, then you might have to clear your cache. You can also head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools and Remove Transients. Let us know how this goes.
