Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
If you’re downloading Rank Math plugin files directly from the WordPress repository then you’ll need to “extract” the files out first then upload the extracted files to your wp-content/plugins/via an FTP or you can pass the extracted files to your manager and he/she should be able to upload this for you.
