I have determined that there was a conflict between Rank Math SEO and 301 Redirects Pro that was causing the fatal error. So I have removed 301 Redirects Pro and am now able to activate Rank Math SEO successfully. You may want to contact support for 301 Redirects Pro. That plugin is also listed in the fatal error code I supplied previously.

We are glad to hear you were able to find the cause of the issue.
301 Redirections Pro has been sometimes conflicting with Rank math Instant indexing module. If you also have the redirection module enabled in Rank math dashboard, this might also cause an issue.
