If you have followed the steps from our blog post:

You just need to enter your URLs, one per line, then tick Publish/Update and click Send to API.
Before you do click Send to API, ensure that your posts/pages do not have the noindex attribute present.
Check your Global Meta settings have no noindex. That would be in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages/Products/CPT.
Ensure that you have Discourage Search engine option not enabled in WP > Settings > Reading.
And check that your robots.txt allows your website to be indexed.
If you’ve checked all of the above, but your website still hasn’t been indexed even weeks after trying – we recommend submitting a manual indexing request.
