Can I check, are you using any caching plugin or behind Cloudflare? This could be causing an issue.

I have added a temporary login in the sensitive data.
I have disable the wprocket and set a imagen for a product in the social section of Rank Math, share by whatsapp, still shows the wrong image. I think the image option of Social Section in rank Math is not working.
Please Check the image below, it should be showing the Featured image of the product i added in social section (Front of the watch), but it shows the wrong image (Box of the watch)

Thank you for following up.
I’ve checked the affected URL, and it seems that the Open Graph (og:image) is already set showing the image of the front of the watch. You can also check in Facebook Debugger Tool.
Could you please check the image size if it is under 300kb? WhatsApp and LinkedIn are really “special” for that kind of thing and they may fail to load images greater than 300kb. If it’s bigger than that please use a smaller one. The recommended image resolution should be also 1200 x 630 px to appear on WhatsApp.

I think the issue is from Rank Math.
I set the Image for a new product in Social Section in Rank Math, still shows the wrong image thumbnail when sharing on whatsapp.

Then, I deactivate Rank Math and Activate Yoast Seo
I set the SAME Image for a new product in Social Section in YOAST SEO, the image thumbnail when sharing on whatsapp now IS CORRECT

For Both Plugins the selected image was the same, 70kb 1000x1000px.
For this new product i’ve check in the Fcebook debug, the image is correct. Only shows incorrect image when the Image is set with Rank Math.

I think rank math is the problem. Is is sad, because i like Rank Math so far. We sell a lot of products by Whatsapp so it is important for us to share product links with the correct thumbnail.
i hope you can Fix this issue in the Future, for now we are back to Yoast Seo

I have updated the temporary login so you can check.
Rank Math is deactivated now. You can set an imagen for any product on Yoast Seo Social Section and share the link on whatsapp, you will see the correct image.
Then you can deactivate Yoast Seo and activate Rank Math, Set image in social Section, share the link on whatsapp, you will se the incorrect thumbnail.
I hope you can Fix it this time.

Thank you for the updated details.
I’ve tested this again with Rank Math activated then shared this on Whatsapp and I was able to see the correct images shown in the share preview.

For now, I’ve deactivated back Rank Math and re-enabled both Yoast plugins for you.
You can re-enable it back if you decided to use our plugin again.

Thank you for your help, i dont know how you set the image for this product, it is the only product with the image correct, i have tried with another products, still have the same issue, the picture set in Social Section is not shown when i share the link on whatsapp.

I have selected 2 products without image in social section.
First with Rank Math i set the image and share the link on whatsapp, Shows Wrong image
Then…
Deactivate Rank Math, Install Yoast Seo, set the image to another product. Share the link on whatsapp, CORRECT IMAGE.
This test Products never been Seo Optimized before, Both Image Products are 100kb aprox, 1000x1000px. Still different results.
i dont know what to do with Rank Math. I hope you can help me.
