Google Search Console is showing to pages of WooCommerce (shopping cart and checkout) as “noindex”:
If these pages are “noindex”, why RankMath is sending them to Google?
How to solve this?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
These pages should not be present in the sitemap. Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once and check if the sitemap contains the same links.
If it is, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
I did these steps but they are still there:

Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
I did this for another post from days ago, but no one has seen it until today …
Hi Sestra,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I cannot seem to locate another ticket from your account, here is a screenshot from your account:
Please share the temporary access on this ticket so that we can check this further.
We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
The older ticket is this: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/rank-math-gsc-api-error/, already sent the sensitive data, but to this day nobody has accessed.
I’ll send the URL login for this ticket (is the same as the ticket above).
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Apologies for the delay in checking the issue on the other ticket. I have alerted our dev team about this and you can expect a response shortly.
In regards to the sitemap issue, I have edited the affected pages, set the pages to noindex via the Rank Math metabox and resaved them to remove them from the sitemap.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Thanks.
But why Rank Math was sending those pages to Google before if internally these 2 pages were being identified by Google as noindex?
SeemsHi Sestra,
Thanks for getting back to us.
The cart and checkout pages are by default set to noindex but you also need to check this option(noindex) from the Rank Math metabox since these options control the generation of the sitemap links.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Thanks for your support.
If possible, send a suggestion to the developments staff, to sync this meta with RankMath, ie, RankMath will read the current meta status, to avoid this confusion again in the future.
Regards.Hello,
Thanks for the suggestion 🙂
I will pass this along to our dev team.
Feel free to contact us for any other questions, comments or suggestions. Thank you.
Hello,
I want to add that Google will still see that link even if you set it as noindex. They will follow a link on your website to arrive at the cart or checkout pages.
With that set, there is nothing to be worried about. Just because Google is telling you these are set to noindex does not mean it will have a negative impact on your website.
Thanks for your suggestion once again.
