Images missing from General Menu

I want to add some image SEO to my site with RankMath, but I can’t find the image tab in the General Menu, as described and illustated in step 2 (it’s the second item on the list here):
    https://rankmath.com/kb/image-seo/

I am new to RankMath and I am using the “easy” setup… I skipped some of the setup for Google compatibility, etc. Is there something I missed that is preventing the image SEO from showing up? Thanks to your software, I have corrected most of the SEO errors on my home page today, but adding the ALT text to images is my next error and I can’t figure this out. I can provide a screen shot but I don’t see a way to upload an attachment here.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

May I check with you, are you using the latest version of Rank Math plugin?

If you arent, please do update the plugin to latest version as we have added many fixes and improvement.

Please check our full changelog here:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/

Additionally, you should be able to see the image tab even if you’re in the easy mode.

    Please see the screencast below:

You can send us a screenshot by using sites like imgbb.

I hope that helps, let us know if you need help with anything else.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Well I just installed it on my Mac yesterday so it should be new version, right?

Here’s the link to a screen shot – as you can see, there is no image tab:

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

You would need to enable the advanced mode by going to the Rank Math dashboard and then enable the Image SEO module in order to see the image settings.

Please see the screencast below on how to do that.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need further help.

    Thank you.

I see it in your video, but I don’t have that “image SEO module” on my dashboard. It’s completely missing. I only have 10 modules showing. See screen shot here:

    Hello,

This could suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.

Enable the default WordPress theme to test as well.

Let us know if it works.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Oh boy.
Guys, that’s getting way too complicated.
I guess I made a mistake choosing this software.

    Hello,

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you please enable Advanced mode temporarily and enable the Image SEO module? Then you can turn on easy mode after that. You should be able to see the Image SEO settings. Please see this screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/hpoJDg

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Not sure how to temporarily enable ‘advanced mode.’.
It’s getting late here, I’ll get back to you tomorrow.
