We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

As this is a live site, it would be hard to ensure that your site won’t get down when we do the testing.
Checking your screenshot, I see that the error is “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”. I also see you have 301 Redirects Pro.
This could suggest a conflict with the plugin. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.
