  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please share the affected URL so we can check it on our end?

This issue sometimes caused by your plugin or your current theme. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

there doesnt seem to be any conflicts after running the plugin.

    hi

    Hello,

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Upon checking your admin settings and your post content. It looks like the issue came from the first FAQ block. (Please see screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section) It seems Rank Math cannot handle some HTML element inside that FAQ block.

I have forwarded your issue to your developers to check on this error and you should hear feedback from them soon.

    Thank you.

who do you mean by my developers? I do not have any developers

I’m not sure what you mean with ‘my developers’ but it seems like rank math is not able to escape the double quotes in the link. Reverting to toast doesn’t fix it either. how can this be fixed?
