Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
It seems to be working fine on our end:
https://i.rankmath.com/gNYcx1
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), have you tried a hard refresh to clear cache JS and CSS file with the page in question opened?
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5
If that didn’t help, could you please also try another browser to see if the issue persists?
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello thanks for your reply
it still no change sir, I already refresh also but it still no change.
Do you have another suggestion?
Hello,
Please note that just because you have alt in media doesn’t mean it is showing up on the actual website. I would recommend checking the page source of the page in question and see if the alt text is really added.
Look for the filename and check if there is really an alt text attached to it. If you see that particular image already has alt, please share the URL so we can check in more detail.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Here I attach my photo that I already add alt text
Hope you can help me because I am newbie on SEO Setup and website developing
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
It seems that you have shared only the URL of the image. Could you please also provide the exact page/post where you have added this image? You can add it in the designated Sensitive Data section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello I already attach the link of my page.
Hope you can help me to resolve this problem
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the image you are referring to was added as a background image. Rank Math will only check and recognize ALT tags on images that appear within the main post content. You can follow the screencast above where I’ve added the image to the content.
Please note that Google does not also index images added via CSS and JS such as background images automatically and thus adding the ALT tags to these images will not have an SEO benefit.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
okee sir i got it, thank you very much for your advice, god bless you
