It looks there’s a critical error on your site. You may need to disable your plugin manually via FTP.
Since you mentioned that Rank Math plugin is causing this then you would need to rename the plugin folder from “seo-by-rank-math” to something like “seo-by-rank-math-disabled” via your FTP this should resolve the issue.
If you’re not comfortable doing this then please provide your login & FTP details and I’ll do this for you. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry. I have followed the steps below to fix this issue:

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.
