Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We might need to take a closer look at your WordPress admin settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hi, Update I setup a new website with all the plugins including Rankmath but there’s no problem with cron job on the new website!, not sure where the problem lay, if you could answer the question : Does Rankmath need action-scheduler-migration tables to operate? ,can delete them by somehow?, thanks
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
The action-scheduler-migration
tables are created to make the Analytics module work and pull data from your search console and Google Analytics profiles. If you are not using Google Analytics for your website, you can empty those tables.
You can also disable the Analytics module in Rank Math > Dashboard:
Please note that we always recommend when working with databases, you have to be extra careful. I would recommend you create a backup first before proceeding.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
Thanks for your answer, every time I empty the tables they get refiled again with completed actions: action_scheduler/migration_hook, and those tables weren’t there until your update of october2020 then this problem started, maybe some codes that left behind after deleting Woocommerce causes the conflicts!?
Hello,
WooCommerce actually does create scheduled action. Did you uninstall WooCommerce correctly?
Would you try re-installing Rank math on your site to see if this resolves the issue?
Looking forward to helping you.
