    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Rank Math does not add these values to your database but instead applies the tag dynamically when displaying the page.

Please use your browser’s developer tools to inspect the page and check the image attributes on the source code.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I have already checked with browser’s developer tools to inspect, but no alt and title are added to the missing alt and titles

I am having the same problem, though just with the title tags. Browser source shows no title tags, even though I have them set in Rank Math to “Add missing title attributes”.

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

I’ve checked the URL you have provided with our External SEO Analyzer tool, and it seems that these two images were not added via WordPress. Those two options only work when you add images to your content via the WordPress editor.

Are you using any page builder on your website? And could you also confirm if these images are not added by your WordPress theme like your sliders, thumbnails, featured images, icons, etc.?

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
