Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I can’t seem to see any picture in your description. Can you please check again so we can further have an idea of your issue?
Could you please check your WordPress settings and see if “Search engine visibility” was enabled? Uncheck it if it does. You can head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading
We are looking forward to helping you.

Please check on Rank Math settings if your homepage was indexed. Head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage and enable “Homepage Robots Meta”.

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi,
I add login information in sensitive section.
I have checked my homepage and the meta robot is enable. You can see in the picture: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SOgVwQqaQEIgGd_7_0mu6ajv1CU-jr1k/view?usp=sharing
Could you login and check for me if there’s anything wrong? If there’s anything have to change with other plugins, please inform me first!
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the options for your homepage are already set to index. However, I’ve checked your theme and some other plugins are not yet updated.
In this case, please update them to the latest version to see if it fixes the issue with the noindex meta tag.
If the issue persists, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know if you found the culprit.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi,
Thank you for helping me, I updated all the plugins and theme to the newest version. Afterthat, I installed the Health check plugin and enable the troubleshooting mode.
I follow the guide from the link you sent to me, and when I active the twenty twenty theme, I didn’t see the “noindex” in meta robot when I view page source on my homepage.
So it seems my themes is conflicting with Rank Math, doesn’t it?
Could you tell me what I need to do now? 🙁 I really want to use Rank Math 🙁
Hello,
Upon conducting a deeper check on your website. I noticed that your Woocommerce plugin is causing the issue. If you deactivate Woocommerce, you will notice the homepage will display the correct robots meta tag.
I found this certain topic from Woocommerce support that has the same issue. Can you please try to follow the recommendations given and see if it solves your issue?
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/disable-noindex-on-certain-core-pages-2/Let me know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you.
Hi,
Thank you for helping, I tried some advices from the link you sent me. None of them worked.
But I notice one thing from the topic that the WooCommerce plugin will block search engine robot index 3 pages: Cart, Checkout and My Account.
Then I checked my website again and saw my homepage was set to “My account page”. So I removed it. Delete the cache. And my home page now indexed!
Here the picture from the WooCommerce setting for anyone having similar issues: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1n5hFfSvVMo7g7WVPTZdfZQrI-Ye0AHFM/view?usp=sharingFinally, I would like to thank your support!!! The Rank Math plugin is so good and amazing!
Thank you for all your help!
