  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please make sure your Image SEO module is turned on? You may check it by heading over to your WordPress Dashaboard > Rank Math > Modules:
    Image

Also, Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I checked your site and in specific the page you shared, which appears to be your homepage. For the image errors shown here: https://ibb.co/sV3ywtc; I checked your page and there actually no images with focus keywords as the alt tags.

You can confirm this page by checking your homepage in the front end then check the page source and search for your keyword. I however noted that a good number of images are added as background images which is likely why the don’t show up in the front end.

I also checked your SEO analysis module and the images are shown to all have alt attributes: https://i.rankmath.com/wzuRBY

As for the issue with internal links, you can check your page links count as shown here: https://smallseotools.com/website-links-count-checker/. I checked from my end and the links listed are only your navigation menu links which are not counted in Rank math.

Please check through your content to confirm you have done what’s required for each of the tests. Here is the article you can refer to on the tests done: https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
