Your sitemap is however being cached(https://i.rankmath.com/NoDukI) and you may end up having this issue again.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
That should fix the issue. You can check your sitemap in an incognito tab just to avoid any browser related caching.
If all is good, make sure to remove any previously submitted sitemap(s) in your GSC and resubmit only the main sitemap file(sitemap_index.xml).
