Using the example you gave, amazon.com, I recommend adding the actual site URL in the nofollow domains, in this case you should add https://www.amazon.com. This will cover all amazon.com URLs. Another example, if have rankmath.com in your content. You should add the site actual URL which will be https://rankmath.com
I have tested this on my end and it works. Please confirm if this works on your end too.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, your suggestion works, but like I said, since I have hundreds of links that I want to nofollow, going over every single link and checking whether is has www or not is too time consuming. But, I’ve just discovered that entering every single domain with www. such as www.rankmath.com still works for https://rankmath.com which is weird but it solved my problem.
