Would you please check the following:
-1- Make sure your tags are not set to noindex in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Tags.
-2- Ensure you have not set your individual tags to noindex by heading to your tags and check the Advanced tab in Rank math meta box
-3- If you have not assigned your tags to your posts, please enable the option to include empty terms in Rank math > sitemap settings > Tags along with enabling the tag sitemap.
Let us know if this helps. You should also exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
