Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve checked your site and successfully put focus keywords on some of your posts. Please see the attached screencast in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Could you also check if this is a browser issue? I’ve used Google Chrome to test on your website. If you are using a firewall, please disable that temporarily and see if the issue goes away.
You can also check the Browser Console and see if there is any error while you try to save the Rank Mat settings like the Focus Keyword:
