I have the site with wpml and two languages (IT and EN). On EN pages, home links in breadcrumbs point to the IT page (/ it / which would be the main language).Is this functioning correct?
Because it could lead to some seo problems

This can be changed by heading to WPML > String translation and add a translation for the breadcrumb URL. In most major multilingual plugins like WPML, there is an option to translate strings.
You can translate
Home
to something else very easily:

I’ve checked your breadcrumbs settings, and it seems that the Homepage link you have set is in the Italian version of your site. Please see the screenshot in the sensitive Data section.
I removed the
/it/
on the homepage link, and now it’s working on both of the versions. If it’s still not working on your end, please clear your website and browser cache to see the changes.I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Not work, because remove all the path of the language. IN Italy must be set to / it / and English must be set to / en /

Since your translations are within folders, I recommend adding the root site URL which can then be translated according to the site language.

/en/
for the English version, and/it/

The only change I’ve done is the removal of the
/it/
in the Homepage link in Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs based on my previous reply.This would seem like a caching issue on your web browser, as it’s already working when I tested it after doing that.
Since it’s already working fine now, should we mark this ticket as closed and resolved?
