Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Upon checking your site’s sitemap, it appears that it is not found. See screenshot 1.
But I can see it generating from Incognito mode. See screenshot 2.
I see that you have set up your WP Rocket, but you are also behind Cloudflare. It seems that your sitemap_index.xml is behind Cloudflare. See Screenshot 3.
Please exclude your Sitemap from Cloudflare as well by following this link:

Upon checking your sitemap, the sitemap seems to be working fine on our end. It shows up on my Chrome and Mozilla browser without any issue.
I also submitted your sitemap to an XML validator and it returns without any issue as well. Please see the Screenshot I added in the Sensitive Data section.
I again tested your sitemap page in https://httpstatus.io/ and it returns a 200 status code.
Can you please check again on your end? You may also resubmit your sitemap page to your GSC and see if the error goes away.

It looks that your sitemap_index.xml is still getting errors. See screenshot.
Can you check if your htaccess is correctly pointing all the versions of your URL to the preferred one?

Also, talk to your web host to see if anything is blocking your sitemaps to appear with status code 200.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that you haven’t verified the www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTP) version of your website. Please see the attached screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:
