I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that you haven’t verified the www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTP) version of your website. You can use this tool to check. (Please see sensitive data section)
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. Please follow the steps in this link:

hello, thank you for your gentoly reply, but seems doesn’t this the error. Becouse i tested another my domain (https://www.cartomanzia-amore.it/sitemap_index.xml) with your link and has the same report response(equal to cartomanzia.fun domain). But in this case (https://www.cartomanzia-amore.it/sitemap_index.xml) sitemap in goolgle search engine works while cartomanzia.fun/sitemap_index.xml doesn’t work.

The Couldn’t Fetch sitemap error is, in most cases, simply due to a bug in the Google Search Console. You need to ensure that only one version of the sitemap is available. There are different versions of your website that are viewable in the browser, www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTP), and the steps above would help your sitemap fix this issue.

Given your domain is as: https://www.cart***zia.fun, you need to:
A Go to your GSC and make sure this is the only property verified.
B If you have other verified propertied such as https://cart***zia.fun or http://www.cart***zia.fun or http://cart***zia.fun, this need to be removed.
C You can then head on and try resubmitting your sitemap
If the issue persists, you can try using a different Google account to verify your site.
