I’ve manually removed caching files from the server, de-activated all plugins but Rank Math, cleared the browsers cache, flushed the SEO analysis. Then I made some significant changes to the homepage SEO and added a keyword to an image, saved all and reran the analysis, unfortunately the results stay the same.

I just reinstalled “WP Hide & Security Enhancer” to make my theme and installed plugins invisible. I checked here and confirmed that the theme is indeed invisible. I flushed the analysis an reran the scan….. the results show that the theme is visible to anyone….

Old SEO Analysis data will sometimes show on the result even your content has been updated so clearing/flushing it will help you solve this issue.
Head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click “Clear SEO Analysis” button. Refer to the screenshot below:

After that, go back to the SEO Analysis page and you should be able to re-run the test:

I submitted your website URL to our external SEO Analyzer which has the same concept as the SEO Analysis in the plugin and it looks like your theme is already invisible to the public.

I would suggest again to Clear your SEO analysis and re-run the test.

I noticed that you are using Edge. When I did the testing, I used the Chrome browser. Perhaps you can try using Chrome or a different browser than Edge and see if it works for you.
