You need to provide the URL link you are having issues with and what type of schema you are using.
You can enter the URL by editing the Schema https://i.rankmath.com/65qR8j
From there, insert the URL of the image. https://i.rankmath.com/faVC3N
Then use Google Rich Result Test to verify.
